I’m so excited to announce my latest product! This booklet includes 10 activities that will hopefully help your mental well-being & self-care
The lockdown has had a huge impact on my mental health ( & I know others are struggling as well) & I was wanting to create something that could hopefully help people- when I originally started my page I was focused on mental health wellbeing & self-care and I really wanted to get back to creating activities & resources that can help if you’re having a hard time.
The booklet includes a range of activities from a vision board, to a mindful walk exercise, a sleep routine tracker, a worry box & more.
